Social Emotional Learning (SEL) Groups
Social-Emotional Learning (SEL) Groups provide children with meaningful opportunities to build connections with peers who may be navigating similar experiences. Through guided activities, play, and discussion, children learn how to express their emotions, build friendships, and practice important social skills in a safe and encouraging environment. Bright Horizons Counseling Center offers developmentally appropriate SEL groups designed to meet the unique needs of young learners using evidence-based curriculum programs.
Summer Social Emotional Learning Groups
Part 1: Let's Make A Calming Box
2-week / 3-day Session:

Ages 5- 7 (Grade K-1): 5:30pm-6:15pm
Ages 7 - 9 (Grade 2-3): 6:30pm-7:15pm
Dates: 6/18/26, 6/22/25, 6/25/26

Fee:
$45 per session, $135 for all three sessions (includes all sensory materials and your child’s calming box)
