Bright Horizons Counseling Center parent educational groups provide a supportive space for parents and caregivers to gain practical strategies for helping their children thrive. Through these sessions, you’ll learn evidence-based tools for understanding your child’s emotional, behavioral, and developmental needs, while connecting with other parents who share similar experiences. Topics may include behavior management, emotional regulation, communication skills, and navigating school or family challenges, while all designed to give you confidence and support in your parenting journey.
